• What is the waiting time?

• In what languages can I follow therapy?
  I offer therapy in English, French and Greek.
• Where are the sessions taking place?
  Sessions can take place in my practice at Ramstraat 31, 3581 HD Utrecht or online.
• What can I expect during the initial free call?
  During this call, we get to know each other and I ask about the reasons that led you to seek out therapy. The aim is to determine the range and severity of your complaints and estimate if I can provide help.
• What is the frequency of sessions?
  I usually see clients every week or every other week. However, the frequency of sessions is quite flexible and can be adapted depending on the severity of the complaints and preferences.
• What therapeutic approach do you use?
  The therapy is tailored to each patient. What works for one person may not work for another. I use EMDR and techniques derived from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Attachment theory.
• What are your fees? Do you offer discounted pricing?
  The first call is free. The standard price for a 1-hour session is €100 with Agathe and €90 with Ioanna. For patients with lower income a discounted price is applicable. If you wish to benefit from discounted pricing please let us know in the initial contact form.
• Can my health insurance cover the therapy?
  I am currently not working with insurance companies. There are some advantages to that:

  • There is more freedom regarding the approach chosen and I can offer more specialized treatment
  • There is no limited number of sessions. If needed, we can go in-depth and target longer-term goals
  • The frequency of sessions is flexible and can be adjusted depending on your needs or preferences
• How can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
  If you want to cancel or reschedule an appointment contact me via ae.therapy.utrecht@gmail.com. I gently ask you to inform me 24 hours before the planned appointment.
